How to make rainbow with paper? So easy peasy.
Here are the steps I took to put together this simple Rainbow plate craft:
Cut out a rainbow on one paper plate.
Then, on a separate paper plate cut out a circle (make sure that the rainbow shows through entirely. If it doesn’t you’ll need to cut a bigger circle.)
Then, cut out squares from different colored gift tissue paper sheets.
Tip: For preschoolers, make sure to cut the squares big enough so they can grab the tissue paper squares.)
Set those aside.
Cut out a piece of contact paper that is about the size of the paper plate.
Add the sticky part so that it shows through the circle cut out plate.
Then, the fun part: Add the tissue paper squares to the sticky part decorate and craft a rainbow.
Once complete, place the rainbow paper plate cutout over it while glueing it on to the other paper plate to complete the rainbow!
