• Cardboard cutout or Poster board

• Markers 

• Colorful Heart Stickers 

That is all you will need for this simple and very easy Valentines crafts for toddlers and preschoolers! 

Heart shape activities for Preschoolers and for Kids

Here are the steps I took to put together this simple heart matching activity: 

• On a cardboard cutout or poster board, add the same colored stickers on each side. 

• Tip: This is so that when your LO matches them with a marker there will be a match. 

• Then, talk about the colors, count them.. 

This simple activity is so easy to put together and works on: 

• Hand eye coordination

• Pre-writing skills

• Fine motor skills

• Matching

• Color recognition

• Counting
