How we love to use the Colors Printable
Here are the steps on how to use these colors printables within a busy binder:
Insert the sheets within sheet protectors in a 3 ring binder.
Cut out the color items.
Then, match the color items to the correct colored name sheet.
Easy peasy, right?
And, you can just close the busy book right back up and be on your way to using it over and over again if need be.
Take it on the go for an easy lesson outdoors.
Another fun way we like to go about using these is with actual items in my LO’s playroom.
For example, I’ll set out the color name sheets on our table.
Then, we will seek and find colorful items in my LO’s playroom.
If we have a red stuffed animal, we will match it to the red worksheet.
If we have a blue whale bath toy, we will match it to the blue worksheet.
This is a wonderful way to not only use the color sorting items but to use your LO’s actual toys instead.
