How do I teach my child to deal with emotions?
This is one way you can easily teach littles to learn about the emotions they are feeling.
Then, if you’d like to elaborate more on how to deal with them, you can learn to:
Discuss why it made you feel this way.
Elaborate more on where it all started.
Find effective ways of learning to deal with any emotions the next time it happens.
If it is a negative emotion, It’s best to feel it rather than suppress the emotion and then let it go.
Try an easy feelings for kids activity or feelings/emotions activities for a group of children so they can learn to express themselves by pointing at the correct emotion that they are feeling (This is a wonderful way for how to explain emotions to a child.)
