Glow in the Dark Sensory Bottle

Glow in the dark bottles are all the rage in our home!
We recycled a plastic voss bottle but they can be made in a glow in the dark jar if you’d like.
Glow bottles are so much fun and perfect for a camping trip or a night out in the backyard for some family fun!
I’ll elaborate more on how easy these were to make and how you can make a glowing water bottle too (without the water).

Glow sticks
Clear water beads
Recycled Voss Bottle or Craft Bottle
Hot glue gun
Funnel
So easy peasy!

How do you make a glow in the dark sensory bottle?
Making sensory bottles is so much fun especially if you make them glow bottles!
So, How do you make glow jars? Easy peasy. All you will need is glow sticks and a recycled bottle (plastic).
How do you make a sensory bottle?
Insert water beads into a recycled craft bottle or voss bottle.
You can use a funnel to make it easier to insert them into the sensory bottles.
Then, add your glow sticks. You can add these in first if you would like. Either way works.
Then, close the lid and secure it tight with a hot glue gun.
Let it cool down before handing it over to your child and voila!
You’ve made glow in the dark jars or a glow in the dark water bottle!
Yippee!

Sensory bottles using hair gel are so much fun!
Here’s one we made using hair gel and I cannot tell you enough how awesome these are!
The addition of hair gel allows for the water beads to flow smoothly almost like a lava lamp.
Glow in the dark glue bottles and glow in the dark glitter bottles are also all the rage and can work just as well too!
The glue acts like the gel and allows the glitter to flow easier.
